Subscribing to an app can be done using two different methods. When a visitor clicks on the "Subscribe" button in your listing they will see the following prompt:

CDK Dealers are strongly encouraged subscribe using their DealerSuite or CDK Connect credentials, assures the fastest possible installation and activation of the app. An authorized user at the dealer will be able to agree to any terms of the service, configure the dealers this service is to be installed on and add any custom configurations needed.

Fortellis ID is perfect for dealers using other DMS and solutions not related to CDK. The process will allow a member of the dealership to agree to the apps terms of use and complete any custom configuration related to the app.
