The API will allow you to build and refine queries for available appointment slots. A query is a set of criteria that are used to filter the dates and times that appointments are available. These criteria may include the vehicle type, requested services, consumer transportation, and/or service advisor.

The result is a a query result composed a set appointment slots that match the filter criteria and a query identifier. The query identifier can be reused with additional criteria to incrementally refine the search. The scheduler will internally track the search criteria for you.

Intended Audience

It is expected that dealer web sites, aggregation services and similar will use this service to allow users to book their vehicles into a dealership without needing to contact the dealer directly.
