A vehicle specification is the combination of the vehicle make (e.g. Ford), its model (E.g. Explorer) and its model year (e.g. 2018). The combination of these 3 elements can be used in a number of APIs in the vehicle sales domain

What does this API do?

A Make, Model and Model Year (MMY) can be decoded from a VIN but also each element may be referenced individually to retrieve lookup data for a given vehicle. The country should be restricted using the country query parameter to give you a sensible list of codes

Intended Audience

It is expected that dealer web sites will use this service to allow customers to filter their vehicles as well as using it to create a deal or calculation payments for the given vehicle
