The "My APIs" submission form asks for a "specification upload" in the form of a yaml file.  Is this supposed to be in OpenAPI / swagger format?  If not, what format? Also what are the details around choosing "Public" or "Private" for the APIs - obviously if I'm publishing some APIs I want them to be used by others... but not just anyone in the world.  Can someone please shed some light on what the difference between Public and Private is?
