Is the saleAmount required when fixedSaleFlag=false?

If the fieldSaleFlag=false
If the fieldSaleFlag=false and a partNumber is being passed, then the saleAmount is optional as the API will look up the price. If the fixedSaleFlag=true, then the saleAmount is required as the API will take the price they pass instead of the price in the DMS.
