No, CRM is not a call provider. A 'Click to Call' API would be something that an ISV would host/create on Fortellis. Then the Elead CRM team could call out to that API to connect the call. Roadmap discussion around this would be with the CRM Team about consuming this ISV's API for 'Click to Call'.
