We just met with a dealer and he reported that when we push service lines, we're not including waste management fees.  

We’ve received confirmation from CDK's support team that attaching fees to OpCodes via the API is not currently supported, requiring dealers to add them manually. This is a critical limitation with serious implications, especially in states like California where non-compliance can result in significant penalties.

Given the seriousness, this is far from a "nice to have" feature—it’s a necessity. How can we prioritize a resolution for this issue?  This is for both Fortellis and 3PA.  Please advise on next steps.
