Hi all,

I’m currently trying to use the Scheduling API endpoint for querying service appointment availability:

https://community.fortellis.io/api-reference/vehicle-service/scheduling-api/scheduling-v1/post/slots

However, when I attempt to call this endpoint, I receive the following error:

403 Forbidden — "App has not requested access to this API. Please select the API from your Developer Account."

I’m a bit confused because:

• I was able to find this API in the Community API reference, but
• I don’t see any corresponding listing in the Fortellis API Docs / catalog where I can request or subscribe to it

Could someone clarify:

1. Is the Scheduling API (Query Appointment Slots) still available for partner use?
2. If so, how can I request access or enable it for my app?
3. Is this API restricted to specific partners, DMS configurations, or approval workflows?

Any guidance on the correct process (or who to contact) would be really helpful.
