We loaded images in the Gallery per the specifications, they look fine in preview mode. But then when the user clicks on the image it looks distorted and not as readable. Is there something we need to change?
.Thank you for call ing this out. This known bug in the preview mode is effecting display in some browsers. As long as the images thy provided are at the correct 16:9 aspect ratio, they will render correctly in the published listing.
