invalid activity type error
Why am I getting the 'Invalid activity type' error when I am using an activity type that was returned from my call to the Get Activities Type method?

Check to see that the
Check to see that the activity type utilized is actionable. An empty links collection indicates that activity type is not further actionable for the dealer. (i.e., "links":{} indicates the activity type is not actionable)

Dealers have no idea how to make the activity actionable. Do you know where we can turn it on inside the CRM?

Hello, Thank you for reaching out. As the APIs and Fortellis Platform do not control this within the eLead system. The dealer will need to contact their eLead support team to obtain instruction.
