Hi,
Hi,   Here in Traver Companies, we are trying to extract the data for the multiple Shops that we were working using 3PA (CDK) in the past, but now using the FORTELLIS endpoints.   Rob has been able to get the Suscription-ID for some of them, and we've been testing them.   When we try to make the PRODUCTION requests, we are getting an error: DEPARTMENT-MISMATCH   We have these 2 Department-IDs configured:
  • Service: D100152200
  • Sales: D100152199
  But I think each department-id will be different for each of the shops. Is that correct?   If it is, how can we get each of the DEPARTMENT-Ids for each shop?   Thanks,

Hi Manny,
Hi Manny, - Test Subscription details will only work with test environment endpoint of API's - The department id's shared by you are for test dms and hence it will not work for production endpoint of API - Yes, each store will have their own set of departments-id's - You can download the subscription report of the App, it has all the details of the store associated with each api under DMS attributes column against each subscription-id.
