Activating or Subscribing to an App

Dealers wishing to Activate or Subscribe to a Fortellis App, will need to log into connectCDK, details of this process can be found by following the below link:

• The person logging into the connectCDK Hub to complete the order must be an authorized signer at the dealership
• If dealership does not know their log in OR have questions about logging into the connectCDK
  • They can contact support @ 866-668-5394 option 8 for immediate assistance.
  • They will need to provide their CDK CMF number as reference on this call.

CDK Elead Dealers without CDK Drive

Dealers using CDK Elead without a CDK Drive DMS will also need to use connectCDK to Activate or Subscribe to a Fortellis app.
